Subsciption Plans & How to Subscribe

A subscription is required to access the ATA-SRO Audit Tool and the resources available through the ATA-SRO program. These annual subscription rates are based on the type of contact center that your company operates or a combination of types.

The ATA-SRO Audit Tool is designed with subscription modules that are relevant to your contact center environment and are tailored to suit each specific contact center channel (inbound, outbound and charity).  Users will only have access only to those portions of ATA-SRO Audit Tool that are specific to those business channels which you subscribe.

Company Subscriptions

Annual subscription rates for companies seeking ATA-SRO Accreditation:

• $1,500.00 for access to the software and one (1) channel (inbound, outbound or charity).
• Each additional channel is $500.00 (inbound, outbound or charity). 
• Akron Attendee Tool Discount - As of August 1, Akron Seminar Attendees are eligible for a 10% first-year discount on ATA-SRO Audit Tool Subscriptions within thirty days of attending the seminar.

• Inbound Call Centers - This subscription plan is designed for call centers that handle only inbound calls.  Many companies handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Outbound Call Centers - This subscription plan is designed for call centers that only perform outbound calls.  Many companies handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Outbound Charitable Call Centers - This subscription plan is designed for call centers that only perform outbound calls exclusively for charitable organizations.

Auditor Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions rates for auditors seeking to perform SRO evaluations of teleservices organizations:

• $2,000.00 for access to the software for one (1) ATA-SRO Certified Auditor.
• Akron Attendee Tool Discount - As of August 1, Akron Seminar Attendees are eligible for a 10% first-year discount on ATA-SRO Audit Tool Subscriptions within thirty days of attending the seminar.

• Audit Firms - This subscription supports only ATA-SRO Certified Auditors and is not available to companies for subscription.

How do we sign-up?

Please download and complete the subscription forms below. All subscribers should complete the Subscriber Agreement; in addition, auditors should complete the Auditor Order Form while companies seeking self-assessment or accreditation should complete the Company Order Form.
