Subscriptions are required to access the ATA SRO Self-Assessment tool and the resources available only on the password protected sections of the SRO web site. These annual subscriptions are based on the level of accreditation desired as well as the type of telemarketing that your company performs.

To ensure that the Self-Assessment Tool is relevant, your subscription is based on your calling environment. You will have access only to those portions of the Self-Assessment Tool that are specific to your business.
