Phase 5 – Request For Accreditation

Upon completion of the audit and receipt of the audit results, you will submit the appropriate fees. You will then submit a formal request for the award of the accreditation seal at the level you specified. The ATA SRO committee will consider the recommendation of your audit firm in making a decision on the accreditation application.
