Seeking ATA-SRO Corporate Accreditation

The next step for accreditation is to have the ATA-SRO Certified Auditor provide their audit report to the ATA-SRO Trustees. Once a company has completed Steps 1 & 2 and has determined that their audit results reflect good contact center compliance procedures, the company may request that the auditor submit the detailed analysis to the ATA-SRO Trustees for consideration. The ATA-SRO Certified Auditor is responsible for providing a detailed account of their findings and recommendations to the Trustees.

If the company is aligned with ATA-SRO Standards, the Trustees will forward the Accreditation request to the ATA Board of Directors so the applicant company may receive the ATA-SRO Seal of Accreditation!
