Accreditation Levels
Accreditation Process

Phase 1 — Pre-Audit

Phase 2 — Selecting the audit firm

Phase 3
The onsite audit

Phase 4 — Post-audit

Phase 5 — Request for accreditation
   



You choose the appropriate accreditation level for your business from these three levels.

Bronze:
To earn this level, you must successfully pass an audit of a representative sample of call centers
(and all core compliance processes)

Silver:
To earn this level, you must achieve a successful audit of 100% of your call centers and a more intensive and thorough data audit.

Gold:
The highest level of accreditation. To earn this level, you must successfully complete an audit of 100%
of your call centers and achieve “industry best practices” ratings in a certain percentage of all categories.
