Upon successful completion of the initial exam, Certified Auditors must pass an annual recertification. This will be a random and unscheduled request to provide the SRO Trustees with all completed contact center audit reports and accreditation recommendations. Mitch Roth, ATA counsel, will perform these annual recertifications. Mr. Roth will follow up as appropriate with the individual auditors, provide coaching and guidance, and make the recommendation whether or not to allow the certified auditor to continue to perform audits in conjunction with the ATA SRO efforts.

In addition, Certified Auditors will be required to attend at least one ATA SRO Seminar each year and pay the required registration fee.

Certified Auditors are also required to attend the ATA’s annual Washington Summit. The Summit will include an informal meeting to address any issues or concerns that the Certified Auditors may have.

Certified Auditors are also encouraged to join the ATA Compliance Officers Forum. This helps the auditors stay current on any relevant compliance developments as well as hold informal discussions with fellow certified auditors about the ATA SRO and the SRO process.
